My Philosophy
Buying a home is the American Dream. Can you imagine never owning a home? 30% of our population doesn't. How would you like to own your home outright by retirement?
My dream is to help everyone that wants to to get into a home and have it paid for by retirement. In my lifetime I have watched homes increase by 700%. If planned right almost everyone can not only buy a home but pay it off, and some, like me, will buy investment properties as well.
I am not a salesman. I am a Certified Residential Specialist. My job is to help people accomplish their Real Estate goals. I've been doing it since 1991 and have been coaching Realtors to do it since 2003.
Let me help you do it. My services are paid for by the Seller, so there is no cost to the Buyer.
